Why Gratus Investments?
The name Gratus means grateful, in the Latin language. We chose this name because we have found that being grateful for all the wonderful things we have, is one of the best ways to live your life. That sense of gratefulness has brought us peace and happiness in our lives, but has also brought us success in our jobs and commercial real estate investments.
We have over fifteen years of combined experience in owning, renting, buying and selling single family homes, condominiums, duplexes, and fourplexes. We are now involved in the acquisition of retail, multifamily, office, and warehouse properties. We are also equity partnerships in different ventures with other real estate investors, acquiring large retail centers.
Our Purpose
We aim to find underperforming, value add commercial properties. We implement strategies that create equity, rapid growth, and solid returns for our investors and partners.
By finding and improving these properties, the surrounding community benefits by attracting jobs, shoppers, money and new energy to the area.
